Policies & Discounts

  • Check out is from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, and check-in from 1 PM to 11 PM except for different needs of our guests; we’d appreciate to let us know of any changes prior to the scheduled arrival time

  • On arrival at our B&B it will be required a valid identity documents (passport, identity card) for the registrations as requested by the current legislation

  • Minimum 3 nights stay for the medium and peak seasons (June, July, August, Sept.)

  • Low and middle seasons offers a 5% discount for a week and 10% for 2 or more weeks

  • €40 for each additional guest beyond standard capacity.

  • Children up to 2 years are free, if they sleep in the same bed with their parents

  • Children from to 2 to 18 years are half price of an additional adult.

  • You are kindly asked to turn off lights and air conditioning in your room when you leave the house

  • Not possible to receive additional guests other than those registered or without prior notice

  • At the time of departure the rooms must be vacated for cleaning by 11 AM 

  • No accessibility for persons with physical disabilities

  • Pets are allowed but only in the garden and under owners care

Booking and Cancellations

  • 50% due upon reservation, the balance upon arrival with key delivery. We accept cash, bank or PayPal wire transfer

  • Cancellation before 60 days from the date of arrival is subject to a refund of 70%

  • Cancellation between 30 and 60 days from the arrival date is granted a refund of 50%

  • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival does not entitle any refund

  • No refund for failure to check in. In case of early departure, no discounts or refunds are provided

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8 am until 10 am in the buffet, on Sunday between 9 am and 11 am. However, we serve a variety of vegetarian products, including traditional Salento breads and pastries, cereals, seasonal fruits, coffee and tea. If you have particular dietary needs, let us know in advance.

We just completed construction in 2017! 

 

We offer a large veranda for breakfast and living room with beautiful views of the garden from all the large arch windows arranged on three sides of the hall. You can also enjoy a large outdoor porch equipped with tables, chairs, and chaise lounges that overlook our beautiful gardens.

 

We have large green areas for sunbathing and social gatherings. An outdoor shower for beach-goers is available, as well as a full bathroom accessible from the outside.

The entire house is equipped with air conditioning units and has a thermo-fireplace for off-season use. In the gardens you can enjoy relaxing areas with benches and lounge chairs.

 

The property is fully equipped with dual anti-theft/central alarm system, plus a 24-hour recording internal video surveillance inside (except bedrooms) and outside.

 

The entire property is fenced on the four sides. Access is made up of an automated gate with individual pin code that delimits access and privacy.

 

Car parking is free situated in the large area in front of the house, guaranteed entirely by fence and video surveillance.
